Join us as we congratulate, CEO, Jeff Adams on his 40th anniversary with HZCU!
Jeff grew up in Spokane and graduated from Eastern Washington University with his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. In 1984, he joined Horizon Credit Union as a teller. There, the story began!
Over the years, Jeff has worked in almost every facet of the organization in progressive leadership roles. Just to name a few, these included branch manager, regional manager, IT and HR management. In 2005, he was promoted to CEO. Since that time, Jeff has led Team Horizon through enormous growth and eight successful mergers! He possesses a strong work ethic modeling a servant leadership style that prioritizes the growth, well-being, and empowerment of employees.
A true "Go-Giver", Jeff enjoys volunteering in our communities and serving on various Boards of Directors, including GoWest, Gonzaga's Leadership Program, and Spokane Valley Chamber. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family, cheering on the Zags, and shooting hoops at the YMCA. If asked about his favorite season, Jeff would say summer, when he can be found at the lake making special memories with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
